New York is unique – it is the largest and most central city in the United States,  home to its principal Jewish community and most national and international Jewish organizations.  What happens here reverberates Jewishly around the world.  We will take both a balcony view of the transformation of our community even as we dive down to see the specifics of how Jews and Jewish organizations live in the Big Apple.
