About Event

B’nai Mitzvah Family Journey is an educational program for Bar/Bat Mitzvah aged teens and their parents with B’nai Mitzvah ceremony in New York and a ceremony in Israel.

After a year of educational sessions for the families where parents and teens learn about Jewish history and traditions, host and attend a Shabbat Dinner, launch a personally meaningful Mitzvah Project and just before they travel to Israel, we invite our participants and their guests to a Group Ceremony at Congregation Ansche Chesed.
