Victoria is the Network Director and is responsible for building partnerships, fundraising, and coordinating initiatives. Victoria graduated with a BS in International Trade and Marketing from FIT and with a MBA from Pace University. She is a program developer and social entrepreneur; her organizing career began in 2002 when she joined COJECO to serve as the first Director of Development. She was among the first staff to jumpstart COJECO’s success and oversaw the microgrant program Center Without Walls. In 2009 Victoria co-founded the Blue Print Fellowship, a program for RSJ artists and community entrepreneurs, which has been replicated across the country. Victoria most recently worked as a Senior Grant Manager at the Genesis Philanthropy Group; she now works as a consultant and connector within the RSJ community and lives with her husband and three children in NYC.
