Zhanna Beyl


Director, New York Operational Excellence Pilot, HIllel International

Zhanna Beyl is a dynamic Jewish communal professional skilled in program and fund development, motivational supervision, and strategic planning. Originally from Moscow, Russia, Zhanna immigrated to the United States as a teenager. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and her MSW from Hunter Graduate School of Social Work. Zhanna works part-time as a psychotherapist at the Jewish Board. She co-founded AriSafari, Inc., an educational entertainment company and chaired Limmud FSU NY Program Committee in the past. She is a proud alumna of the Nahum Goldmann Fellowship for international Jewish leaders and a recipient of the Young Professional Award of the Jewish Communal Service Association. Zhanna lives in Brooklyn with her husband, two children, and a menagerie of critters. As Director of New York Operational Excellence Pilot funded by UJA-Federation of New York, Zhanna is working with local Hillels to help them achieve operational excellence.
