Yelena Kutikova


Director of Leadership and Learning, UJA-Federation of New York

Yelena Kutikova is a Director of Leadership and Learning at UJA-Federation of New York. She has 15 years of Learning and Development experience working for such organizations as Estee Lauder, Accenture and Mitsubishi. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, career development and team building. She received her Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College, spent a semester abroad in France and then completed her Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Yelena was born in Ukraine and immigrated to United States in 1999. She currently lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and their 10 year old daughter.
