Focus in the Age of Distractions: The Jewish Perspective

The Jewish Education Project and Mechon Hadar would like to invite Russian-speaking Jewish families for a special family program in Brooklyn, NY!

Phones, emails, Facebook–we spend so much time multi-tasking! What might it take to bring more intention and focus into our lives? Is that even achievable in the XXI century? Rabbi Elie Kaunfer of Mechon Hadar will guide us through ancient Jewish texts. We will explore these questions and the possibility of becoming better parents and better people in general. The modern distractions may be new, and yet, such challenges are in many ways age-old.

While the parents engage with classical Jewish texts and with each other, a talented Jewish educator will be facilitating a meaningful children’s program.

$18/family
