COJECO Academy of Jewish Heritage presents: Jewish Tradition and Archeology: Exploring Historical Findings and Biblical Texts

In which historical document are the Jewish People first mentioned? Is there any proof of King David and his kingdom’s existence? How did the kings of Judah struggle with idolatry? In our session, we will explore these intriguing questions together, delving into the remarkable discoveries of archaeology in Israel through the lens of biblical sources.

Presenter Eliezer Lesovoy- lecturer, translator, guide, advisor and educator- is one of the founders of “Midrasha Tzionit” educational network, former programming director at the Jewish Agency for Israel, and Director of Education at the EnerJew Youth Movement. Eliezer is a licensed Israeli tour guide and a developer of heritage and academic tours in Israel and Eastern Europe. He is the Director of Education at Yael Foundation.
