JEWS AND ANCIENT EGYPT: PRE-PASSOVER FAMILY TOUR AT THE MET MUSEUM WITH DR. YIGAL KOTLER AND ASYA GRIBOV

Saturday, March 29, 6:30 PM

We invite families to the Metropolitan Museum of Art to a unique program for parents and children ages 8 and up. Dr. Yigal Kotler, Jewish educator and historian, will lead adults through the Egyptian wing. Together, we will explore the role of the grand civilization of Egypt in ancient Jewish history by taking a fresh look at the Passover story. Simultaneously, Asya Gribov, museum educator, will lead children ages 8 and up on an interactive, hands-on exploration of the fascinating history, beliefs, and culture of Ancient Egypt through a Jewish lens.
