Teens and young adults from the local Russian Jewish community will come together for a day of learning about civic engagement. We will address topics such as: breaking mental health stigmas, addressing anti-Semitism on school campuses, and gaining the tools to combat bullying. We will also explore the effects that social media has on our surroundings through immersive experiences. The event will conclude with a volunteering event, where teens will prepare care packages for a local women’s shelter.
