COJECO BluePrint Fellowship Series Presents: The Collective Effort
Project by Leonid Gurevich
Become an artist for a day alongside fashion designer, editorial stylist, and fashion photographer Leonid Gurevich, painting fabric together, which he will turn into a couture dress. The Documentary will follow the creation of a dress made from fabric hand-painted by Russian-speaking Jewish families. It will touch on the topics of Jewish identity and immigrant identity; will highlight the importance of uniting and working as a team to achieve extraordinary results, while simultaneously giving viewers a rare insight into the mysterious world of fashion design. All ages are welcome. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on, or bring protective robe.

COJECO BluePrint Fellowship

BlueprintLogo The COJECO BluePrint Fellowship empowers young Russian-speaking Jews ages 25 to 40 to explore their personal and collective identity by creating their own innovative Jewish community projects. This year-long program provides participants with a support network of peers, educational group workshops, a personal project mentor, networking opportunities, and a mini-grant for project implementation.
