Anna Gusel is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience building and deploying digital products for global Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. Anna also serves as a lay leader with a passion for building Jewish communities and facilitating Jewish learning. Anna co-founded RJeneration NY, a community organization that brings together RSJ's who emigrated as children to explore questions of identity and Jewish continuity, and has created and led multiple programs exploring Jewish learning and spirituality. Anna has a Masters in Environmental Policy and Finance from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and has studied at the Pardes Institute in Jerusalem.

Mission: RJeneration is a community of young ex-Soviet Jews that allows its members to develop their unique multi-hyphenated Russian-American-Jewish identity, rooted in our Soviet experience and immigration journey, and creates a bridge for young Russian-American-Jews to develop their own unique voice and impact within the Jewish community at large.
