Dina Dryden


Director, J. Academy Camp & J. Projects

Dina Dryden is the Director of J. Academy Camp and J. Projects at the Schwarz/Reisman Centre. Dina was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and lived in Israel for 11 years before moving to Toronto. She studied at the University of Toronto and earned a specialist degree in Physical Education and Health with a minor in Jewish Studies she also has a certificate in Experiential Jewish Education from Yeshiva University. Dina joined the J. Academy Camp team when before its first summer and was promoted progressively becoming the camp director 3 years ago. For the past 15 years, Dina has been involved in Toronto’s Jewish community in different community organizations as an experiential Jewish educator, committee chair for the Limmud FSU Canada conference, and as a birthright leader. Dina lives in Toronto with her husband Boris and their daughter Talia.
