Inga Manto is the Director of Operations at the Shorefront Y. Her responsibilities include oversight of front office operations and smooth program management, implementation of policies and procedures as well as new program development. She emigrated from Sukhumi, Georgia in 1994 and joined the Shorefront Y staff in 1996 as a receptionist. She has grown with the agency over the years and gained deep understanding of the services we provide to the community. She has successfully implemented many programs, including the overwhelmingly popular Shorefront Y Lenny Krayzelburg Swim Academy, engaging young families many of whom start their Shorefront Y journey through this program. She resides in south Brooklyn with her husband and two daughters.
