Mission: The Harold Grinspoon Foundation (HGF) builds Jewish identity and strengthens Jewish life in North America, Israel and globally. HGF pursues this mission through core foundation programs that use business model driven philanthropy to effect systemic change in the Jewish world. The HGF has dispersed more than $150 million dollars to the Jewish world through three core projects and has inspired more than $400 million in matching gifts from partner philanthropists through these investments. PJ Library®, a flagship program of the foundation, partners with communities and philanthropists to send more than 400,000 values based children’s books to families raising Jewish children around the world every month.
