Mission: The mission of Project Zug is to connect Jews - to each other, to our shared texts and heritage, and to a sense of belonging to the Jewish people.

We use online video-chat technology to enable Jews in the US, Israel, and around the world, to form meaningful relationships through 1-on-1 study of high-quality Jewish content. By fostering relationships between Jews from different backgrounds (geographic location, religious commitment, values, etc.), participants learn about each other’s culture, values and heritage, leading to a greater sense of belonging to the global Jewish community with a shared destiny. By offering a creative, broad range of courses from excellent teachers, participants explore Jewish culture and ideas in ways that are new to them – thus expanding their sense of what it means to be Jewish, while deepening relationships with each other.
