Lena joined the non-profit world almost three years ago after 5 years of practicing as a litigator. She overseas the Russian Division of UJA-Federation of NY, maintaining a half million dollar portfolio with over 500 donors annually. In her role in the Russian Division, she is actively engaged in leadership development in the Russian-speaking community in New York. She feels privileged to be in a role where she is able to work closely with the RSJ community and help support over 4.5 million people annually through the work of UJA.
