Started from M. Sc. in Applied Mathematics (Honors Diploma), Moscow State Oil and Gas University and Post Graduate Studies in Moscow State Steel and Alloys University. In Israel received Teaching certificate in the field of Jewish History and Tradition. From 1994 until 2009 worked for the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (\"JOINT\"), FSU Department, last position was the Director, of Higher Education Division (Jewish Studies in the FSU). From 2009 until now work for Yad Vashem, in charge of development and implementation of various program supported by Genesis Philanthropy Group and development of cooperation with educational and cultural institutions in the FSU.
