Vladimir Foygelman


President & CEO, Center Makor

Vladimir Foygelman graduated from Kiev Regional College of Culture and Arts in 1982 and from Kiev University of Arts and Culture in 1989 with Master Degree by choreography and administration for community and sports centers. Vladimir immigrated to the USA in1996. In 2005 with help of CJP, SCM and other Jewish organizations in Boston Vladimir established the Jewish Educational & Cultural Center “MAKOR” and became its President &CEO.
