JEvents NY & NJ

Community Building Tech & Web 2018-2019

JEvents will collect Jewish events, programs and places in a single user-friendly mobile app with the goal of connecting Jewish communities to each other. JEvents NY & NJ will build on the successful model that has been working in Russia since 2014.

We are happy to announce the launch of New York/New Jersey edition of JEvents NY/NJ Mobile App. This project gathers and presents Jewish events and programs of interest to the Russian-speaking Jews in a single user-friendly app with the main goal of helping Jewish people and communities connect. The platform is already successfully working in largest cities of Russia, Hungary, Belarus and now in US as well.

The mission of this project is to unite the Jewish community and raise awareness of many wonderful programs and events that are relevant for the community members.

COJECO was formed in 2001 as an umbrella organization for grassroots community organizations of Russian-speaking Jewish immigrants in New York to make their voices heard and respected. Today we represent over 30 such network organizations, including young adult leadership groups, Holocaust Survivors, professional associations, arts & culture organizations, and social justice groups.
